This is a remote position.

Real Estate Admin Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time 20 hours per week minimum

  • Flexible schedule from 9 AM

Client Timezone: Central Time (Chicago)

This role offers the perfect blend of structured administrative tasks and creative marketing initiatives in the fast-paced world of real estate.


Responsibilities:
  • Send property listings to clients based on specific parameters and requirements

  • Review and curate listings using critical thinking to ensure quality matches (evaluating layouts features and client preferences)

  • Conduct internet research to find land opportunities and investment properties based on client criteria

  • Assist with real estate marketing initiatives and social media content support

  • Handle email communications and client correspondence

  • Prepare summaries and reports for sensitive client interactions

  • Support general administrative tasks as the business continues to grow


Requirements:
  • Knowledge of MLS (Multiple Listing Service) systems and real estate databases

  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with real estate marketing and social media platforms preferred

  • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence

  • Ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions about property selections

  • Understanding of real estate terminology and client needs

  • Proficiency with internet research and data analysis

Scope:

  • Part-time position at 20 hours per week minimum

  • No direct client phone communication required - all interactions through written channels
