Role Overview
We re seeking a high-agency execution-driven Product Manager to lead our Salesforce-native product suite. You ll own the roadmap delivery and adoption of features across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and beyond. This is a hands-on in-office role based in Pune where you ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business impact through powerful scalable solutions on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end development of Salesforce-native features from research and planning to release and adoption
Collaborate with engineering UX GTM and support teams to build intuitive reliable solutions
Define and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with customer needs and company goals
Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade standards across performance security and scalability
Conduct user research analyse product usage and iterate based on feedback
Manage sprint planning track execution and ensure on-time delivery & Enable customer-facing teams with documentation demos and onboarding materials.
Requirements
- 2 4 years of product management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud)
- Experience working with or building AppExchange apps (preferred)
- Strong product thinking and ability to convert business problems into scalable product features
- Excellent collaboration stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership mindset with proven execution ability
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint processes
