Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join the Indices ETFs and Structured Derivatives department. The position will be based in Paris. You will report to the Strategy & Business Development Manager support him in his day to day missions in (i) piloting the Indices ETFs and Securitised Deriviatves business units and (ii) identifiying and successfully execute strategic projects and BaU projects and (iii) prepare market reports and internal reporting for the management team.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Support the Strategy & Business Development Manager in realising strategic planning and execution involving notably the realisation of the divisions ambitious strategic roadmap in the context of Euronexts 2027 strategic plan.
Identify and execute growth opporutnities in close collaboration with business heads
Identify and execute a strategic plan to further diversify the business units service offering and how to integrate these within the business units perimeter
Prepare assists and oversee reports presentations and communications prepared by the teamp for internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
Strategic Planning: Assist the Manager is developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.
Support the Manager in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives as well as creating and maintening key performance indicators and management tools.
Act as a liaison between the Manager and other departments.
Your profile:
Solid understanding of- and interest in- capital markets (at least 2 years of relevant experience).
Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
Command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and communication skills
Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics.
Ability to work in teams and supervise/assist junior members of the team
