Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all baking activities
Develop and test new recipes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage inventory and order supplies
Train and mentor junior bakers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Basic computer literacy
