Job Description
Description of the role:
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Kansas City Hyundai in Merriam Kansas you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service establishing rapport with customers and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs
- Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs
- Schedule service appointments and manage work orders
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
