Job Description
The Infotainment DRE is responsible for leading the development integration and release of infotainment components and systems including displays control units connectivity modules audio systems navigation and human-machine interface (HMI) technologies. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams Tier 1 suppliers quality manufacturing and validation departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage technical requirements for infotainment systems.
- Coordinate design development and release of components using PLM systems.
- Oversee functional environmental and EMC validation testing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during development and production phases.
- Ensure effective integration with other vehicle systems (ADAS telematics etc.).
- Participate in design reviews DFMEA and root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Mechatronics Systems Engineering Telecommunications or related field.
- 5 years of experience in automotive infotainment development.
- Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN LIN Ethernet).
- Experience with design and simulation tools (e.g. Nx CATIA CANalyzer).
- Familiarity with embedded operating systems (Linux QNX Android Automotive).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated validation software.
- Certifications in ASPICE AUTOSAR or ISO 26262.
- Experience working with global OEMs.
