Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis conversion and upgrading of existing training content in line with evolving requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Gap Analysis (TGA) using the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP822 framework.
- Collaborate with internal project teams and MoD stakeholders to ensure alignment with current technical specifications training standards and operational needs.
- Develop uplifted training materials in accordance with company and MoD policies.
- Potentially take on a team lead role for designated work packages.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in DSAT methodology and JSP822 application.
- Strong background in Defence training analysis design and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and instructional design teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
