We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Toledo OH. This role provides vital support to the marketing department by coordinating day-to-day tasks assisting with campaign execution and ensuring the seamless operation of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and eager to grow within the field of marketing.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy
Prepare promotional materials and coordinate distribution
Help manage internal databases mailing lists and client information
Track performance of marketing initiatives and prepare reports
Support the creation and proofreading of content for print and digital
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
12 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
