LinkedIns Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales. We are supporting customers in developing a Deep Sales approach focusing their sales efforts where they will have the best impact. We do this through the use LinkedIn Sales Navigator which helps connect engage and build mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers at the right time. Your team will sell the tool (Sales Navigator) they use to be successful Account Executives and Account Directors on a daily basis to customers who need this tool to secure and retain their own customers and grow their business.
You will serve as a leader across our sales teams to share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make customers as strong and successful as possible.
Responsibilities:
Build lead and inspire a team of Acquisition Sales Managers responsible for our efforts in securing new business clients across SMB Mid Market and Enterprise segments as well as SMB Sales Managers responsible for retaining & growing our existing SMB customer base
Communicate & implement the strategy for the business partner with cross functional teams effectively & execute in line with the business operating priorities
Forecast and deliver results that achieve and redefine the potential of the business by raising the bar and setting clarity of expectations and accountability to achieving results
Transform the team by hiring developing and coaching talent to their highest potential and celebrate & recognise accomplishments
Be a role model who demonstrates expertise in the art of selling implementing and improving the sales processes technologies and methodologies adopted across the teams
Be a strong advocate for Sales Solutions as well as LinkedIns vision mission culture and values focusing on improving the teams engagement wellness and sense of belonging
Demonstrate executive presence to help lead executive engagements in the field with our customers
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales management in EITHER new business acquisition or existing customer sales
Experience in consistentlymeeting and exceeding revenue goals
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of second line management experience
5 years of experience in sales management in BOTH new business acquisition and existing customer sales
Market experience selling to the UK & Ireland region
Experience building high-performance sales teams
Startup experience in small or large companies
Excellent communication time management negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities resolve conflicts close deals and meet/exceed revenue goals
