The Financial Crime and Quality team ensures that within Superannuation Operations GROW meets the highest standards of quality and complies with AML/CTF obligations on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct reviews of internal processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Analyse and report on quality metrics identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to facilitate quality assurance training and best practices
- Support the preparation of documentation for quality assurance activities including reports and audits.
- Assist in the coordination of corrective actions and follow-up on quality/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to other team members where skill gaps exist support cross skilling of yourself and team members.
