Chief Executive Officer (Specialty Coffee Brand)

Our Group is seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (Specialty Coffee Brand). This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership for our specialty coffee brand. You will be tasked with driving growth profitability and market leadership establishing the brand as a premier name in the specialty coffee industry. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a dynamic brand with the backing of a reputable and established group.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the companys long-term vision mission and strategic goals in alignment with the boards objectives.
* Assume full P&L responsibility overseeing the companys financial performance investments and budgeting to ensure sustainable growth.
* Lead all aspects of brand development including market positioning product innovation and customer experience to build a strong and loyal customer base.
* Drive operational excellence across the entire value chain from bean sourcing and roasting to supply chain management and retail operations.
* Build mentor and lead a high-performing senior management team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities including market expansion strategic partnerships and new channel development.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the board of directors and other key stakeholders providing transparent and regular updates on company performance.
* Ensure the company maintains the highest standards of corporate governance compliance and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in a senior executive role (e.g. CEO COO General Manager) within the F&B retail or premium consumer goods sector.
* Direct experience in the specialty coffee industry is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful business and brand strategies that have resulted in significant growth.
* Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in managing a P&L budgeting and financial planning.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Outstanding communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
* A Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field is essential; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
* Experience working in the GCC region particularly Saudi Arabia is considered a significant asset.
