Job Title
Type Approval Automotive Specialist Senior with English
Job location:
Warsaw/Poland
You will be responsible for:
- Analysis of legal acts regarding approval technical data and registration documents requirements
- Cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure the Motor Transport Institute and the Transport Technical Supervision
- Data analysis and vehicle identification as a function of emission standards changes in regulations (e.g. GSRV2)
- Submitting applications for end of series approvals
- Correspondence with the manufacturer and customer office regarding tech. data of new and used cars.
- Correspondence with institutions and vehicle users regarding technical data regarding approvals and certificates of conformity
- Preparation of annual reports on exhaust emissions and fuel consumption
- Verification of inconsistencies in technical data and registration documents and taking appropriate actions in this regard
- Cooperation with the Bank in the field of logistics of registration documents (printing Certificates of Conformity shipping to dealers)
- Cooperation with the Dealer Network in the field of vehicle approval and registration documents
- Cooperation and support regarding technical documentation for construction (adaptator) companies
- Cooperation and support regarding technical documentation with registration offices
We require:
- Automotive Industry related knowledge or experience
- Knowledge of Automotive terminology including type approvals and related.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel MS Word etc.)
- Experienced in MS Excel (Medium or Advance)
- Business Analytical capabilities
- Effective communication skills
- Fast learning skills capabilities
- Good level of analytics person should be diligent precise number orientated.
- Strong incidents and problems solving skills.
- Good knowledge of written and spokenPolish
- Good knowledge of written and spokenEnglish
- Ability to work on the client site with the interactions with the clients.
- Strong problem solving and facilitation skills.
