Cascade Christian Schools a high-quality independent interdenominational school systemis accepting applications for a Receptionist at ourPuyallup Early Learning Center.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with the need for accommodation to perform the essential functions of this job.
- Opening the center for families and staff
- Greet and receive students school staff and visitors in the main office.
- Check identification of parent/guardian dismissing student and verifying information against students information file.
- Communicate with classrooms via intercom system for paging students and/or staff.
- Answer incoming phone calls take messages and direct calls as appropriate.
- Assist with distributing student/parent communication/materials as needed or required.
- Collect attendance.
- Provide support for Parent Group.
- Assist in Special events.
- Maintain slide show and calendar of events.
- Help maintain student information in the student database
- Help maintain emergency bins
- Provide first aid to students when necessary.
- Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned/requested by the Administrative Assistant and/or Principal.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Agrees with Cascade Christian SchoolsTeaching StatementandStatement of Faith
- AChristian role model in attitude speech action
- Two years prior work-related experience
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communicator
- Take the initiative be a self-starter
- A strong clear Christian testimony
- A mature godly spirit
- A lifestyle of Biblical integrity
- Be a strong proponent of Christian education with a biblical worldview
- Be an advocate for Cascade Christians mission and purpose
- Have a spirit of dedication commitment flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of others
- Ability to listen and respond to counsel
- CPR Certified or willing to become certified
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
WORK HOURS:
Monday Friday 6:45 am - 3:15 pm
Salary Range:
$19.25-$22.00 per Hour depending on experience
