A unique opportunity awaits to join Eldercares dedicated Dietetic team!
Location: Eastwood
Type: Part Time - 60.8hrs per fortnight (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday)

About the Role
Step into a rewarding role where your expertise as a Dietitian truly makes a difference. Youll deliver tailored nutritional assessments and interventions for residents across multiple Eldercare sites working within a large collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary team.
Partnering closely with our nursing and hospitality teams youll champion best-practice nutritional care contribute to quality assurance initiatives and directly influence the health and wellbeing of our residents. Beyond clinical care youll be a passionate advocate for good nutrition engaging with residents families and staff to shape services and empower informed food choices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert personalised nutritional assessments and interventions that reflect each residents unique needs and preferences
- Share your knowledge by delivering engaging training and educational resources to residents families and Eldercare staff under the guidance of our Senior Dietitian
- Foster strong collaborative relationships across the multidisciplinary team and with external partners to ensure seamless holistic care
- Champion best-practice nutrition aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation to support outstanding resident outcomes
- Uphold the highest professional standards by practicing in accordance with the Dietitians Australia Code of Conduct for Dietitians and Nutritionists
What You Will Bring
- Be an Accredited Practising Dietitian and be eligible for full membership with Dietitians Australia (new graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life
