Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Technical Developer to join our team in Jersey City NJ on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite). The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical development skills and functional knowledge in Core HR Payroll Benefits Compensation and Talent Management. This role demands deep experience with SQL PLSQL HDL HCM Extracts OTBI BIP Fast Formulas and HCM Security & Roles customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and support custom objects and integrations across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent Compensation).
- Develop and maintain SQL PLSQL HCM Extracts HDL templates BIP reports and OTBI dashboards.
- Create and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll Benefits and Compensation logic.
- Customize and manage HCM Security roles role provisioning and data security policies.
- Develop and troubleshoot web service integrations with third-party payroll benefits and time entry systems.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to support payroll processes and validate integration/data flow.
- Act as a liaison between technical and functional stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across integrations and reports.
- Participate in regular upgrades testing and system enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience as a technical developer in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in SQL PLSQL HDL HCM Extracts OTBI BIP and Fast Formulas.
- Solid hands-on experience with HCM Security and Role Management.
- Functional understanding of Payroll processes Benefits administration and Time/Attendance data integrations.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems via web services (SOAP/REST).
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Jersey City NJ 3 days a week.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with ADP Kronos or other third-party payroll/time systems.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI enhancements.
