Job Title: Senior OIC Developer HCM Technical
Role Description:
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements building integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems and ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. You will be expected to have hands-on experience in developing both inbound and outbound integrations managing REST and SOAP web services and configuring advanced reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Develop and manage reports using BI Publisher and OTBI
Build and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll Absence Benefits and Eligibility
Collaborate with functional teams to understand integration requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly
Support UAT and production deployment activities
Document integration architecture configurations and best practices
Required Experience:
Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience in creating and managing BI Publisher reports
Solid understanding of HCM Cloud data models and security
Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas and their functional use cases
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our client. The ideal candidate should possess strong business knowledge in the Quote-to-Cash process and have hands-on experience with SAP BRIM, with a particular focus on the Subscription Order Management (SOM) module. Expertise in core BRIM modules is essential, and familiarity with integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with BRIM will be considered an advantage. Additionally, the consultant should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
