Job Description
Job Title: General Maintenance Technician II
Location: Warsaw New York
Type: Contract (1 Month)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to support the daily operations and upkeep of our facility. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager this role will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality safety and cleanliness of the building including plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and general repair work.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic plumbing repairs (e.g. leaks clogs fixture replacements).

Repair or replace lighting fixtures and bulbs.

Conduct minor electrical work and component replacements.

Identify and report HVAC-related issues; perform basic troubleshooting.

Complete general carpentry tasks including door wall and fixture repairs.

Perform interior and exterior painting.

Assemble maintain and repair furniture as needed.

Support routine building maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Prior experience in general maintenance or groundskeeping.

Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physically able to perform manual labor tasks.
