Job Description

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by managing daily activities coordinating schedules and providing essential administrative support. This position serves as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and a proactive approach to managing priorities. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Job Description:

The Work:

  • Supervise daily activities of the executive assistant team coordinating staffing assignments and levels.
  • Provide direction training coaching and mentorship to team members ensuring high performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Prioritize creation preparation and distribution of personnel financial and operational communications.
  • Manage the CEOs business schedule including scheduling meetings conferences special events appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Handle complex or novel issues independently or provide guidance to team members as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Board of Directors maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships.

You Have:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative capacity with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
