Job Summary/Objective

The Sales Executive (Junior) supports the sales team in identifying new opportunities maintaining client relationships and assisting in closing deals for IT solutions and services. The role focuses on learning the sales process building product knowledge and supporting customer engagement activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Lead Generation

Support leads generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.

Assist in updating sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Help follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.

Customer Interaction & Engagement

Assist in scheduling meetings demos and sales calls.

Participate in client conversations and note key requirements for follow-up by senior sales staff.

Help maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process under supervision.

Proposal Preparation & Documentation

Assist in preparing proposals and quotes with input from senior team members.

Support document collection and submission for RFPs contracts and client onboarding.

Ensure that client documents and sales materials are updated and organized.

Collaboration with Sales Team

Coordinate internally with the marketing technical and sales teams to ensure alignment during the sales cycle.

Participate in team meetings training sessions and product knowledge updates.

CRM and Reporting

Maintain basic CRM hygiene (client data opportunity status meeting logs).

Provide weekly summaries of assigned leads and prospects.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration IT or a related field
  • Experience: 1 2 years of experience in sales telesales or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication eagerness to learn and ability to build rapport
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • basic Microsoft product awareness is a plus

Candidate Experience To excel in this position, you will need to: Certification Requirements Bachelor s degree in business administration or equivalent. Technical Skills 2+ years of experience in supply chain / logistics / order fulfillment. Experience in IT industry, software and service delivery is plus. Previous experience in CRM/ERP systems, ex. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal Skills High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English. Working Conditions Working on Weekends, Holidays or outside the business hours could be required.

Education

Certification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
