Responsibilities:
Provide on-site PC support
Provide extended help (i.e. Resolution / Escalation) to Helpdesk team and Remote IS
Involve in operation support and support various functional duties (i.e. Helpdesk Network and Data Centre)
Participate in infrastructure projects as and when require
Perform pre-defined Systems administrative tasks
Provide training to users
Document system and user manual operational procedures
Maintain IT inventory
Interface between users and IS team for request and issue
Provide daily operation support
Travel to Singapore for IT Support as and when required
Requirements:
Diploma in Information System or equivalent
1 to 2 years of IT experiences on PC support (i.e. Microsoft Windows 7/10 etc.; Office Applications etc.)
Possess Knowledge in Networking; Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Server (i.e. Active Directory; Exchange etc.)
Preferably certified with MCSA
Possess good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with good ability to learn new skills
Initiative to improve service level
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8am to 5:45pm
