Job Description
Role: Senior UX Designer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8 Yrs.
Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered experiences for our digital products and platforms in particular for the ChemisTwin system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process including user research information architecture wireframing prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and business goals
- Create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption
- Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the evolution of the design system and guidelines
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and innovation
- Connect with other product teams to ensure a common visual appearance of products.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects
- Proficiency in the Figma design tool
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with development teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare life science or electronics industries
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
