About The Job

In this position you are responsible for developing learning programs and driving change management initiatives to our CRM community. The role will be working closely with the global project manager and the assigned core team to ensure our users have the right information needed in order to perform their daily operations. Our CRM solution is used globally with over 4000 users today.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Learning strategy development delivery: Defining the strategy designing developing and delivering learning programs for end-users and stakeholders of existing global CRM solution as well as support the development of the strategy for the roll-out of new quoting functionality.

  • Learning evaluation: Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcome.

  • Change management planning: Support change management strategy and plan to ensure successful adoption.

  • Stakeholder management and communication: Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders across different levels of the organization in different markets and cultures Ensure understanding of needs concerns and requirements related to roll-out and ensure their involvement throughout the process.

  • User support and assistance: Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the transition period.

  • Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of learning and change management activities together with the project manager tracking key metrics and milestones.

Who you are

To thrive in the role you are:

  • You have experience in global projects where digital capabilities (process system knowledge) have been lifted and set into play preferably in an international environment.

  • Skilled in designing and developing learning strategies up to date with modern and efficient ways of learning as well as being able to delivering learning programs to diverse audience and all levels of the organization.

  • Proven track record in driving successful change initiatives.

  • Experience in CRM and/or D365 is benefitial

  • Professional communications skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Preferably experienced in running hybrid projects and you have a good understanding of agile ways of working (ideally SAFe).

  • Experienced in working in a global matrix organization

  • As a person you are positive customer driven with a target-oriented mindset. Further you are organized and structured keeping several tasks in parallel and successfully follow through without losing track.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset communication skills internally and externally and the ability to make easy understandable insight into complex projects.
