Lead Educator Busy Bees at Cranbourne
Location: Cranbourne VIC
Licensed Capacity: 104
Hourly Rate: $37.54 $42.65 per hour (based on qualification and experience)
About the Role
At Busy Bees at Cranbourne were looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our Hive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified educator with at least 3 years experience in a Lead Educator role to take the next step in their early childhood career within a supportive and high-quality environment.
As a Lead Educator you will:
Lead the planning implementation and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Mentor and support your team of educators to provide consistent high-quality care.
Build strong collaborative relationships with children families and colleagues.
Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies.
Create a safe nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes childrens wellbeing and development.
What Youll Need
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Educator or equivalent leadership role.
Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee).
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Sound understanding of EYLF NQS and the Quality Improvement Process (QIP).
