Your Mission

As a member of the product marketing team at UiPath you will partake in the creation of the new agentic automation category. Here your data expertise and your experience in building hands-on AI solutions will be guiding forces in agentifying our product marketing workflows paving the way for a data-based AI future internally and externally.

The successful candidate is a self-starter passionate about data technical on automations and AIs intricacies and has proven experience in coordinating globally-relevant and high quality marketing solutions. You will work in a cross-functional manner collaborating with multiple teams to define AI/data strategies and solutions and build agile bills-of-material. You will be proactive programmatic optimize for what drives successful workflows and data-based decision makring.

What youll do at UiPath

• Solutions: Build agentic workflows that optimize the way that messaging positioning and content is being creted.

• Data: bring to life and visualize all the data that make UiPath product marketing team more effective and efficient.

• Content: Produce thought leadership and horizontal platform materials in the form of customer-facing-decks web pages blogs white papers eBooks videos and other go-to-market collateral.

• Storytelling: Enhance UiPaths positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings with the use of the latest GenAI/Agentic AI tools.

• Sales Enablement: Function as a bridge between product marketing and sales to develop enablement assets and training materials based on AI and data.

• Evangelize: Attend relevant events and meet-ups representing UiPath as the face of emerging and advanced technologies.

• Collaborate: Develop relationships with customers to determine key use cases and document success stories.

What youll bring to the team

• Education in business engineering or other related field or equivalent experience.

• 10 years consulting or product development experience; ideally in technical product or product marketing roles or solution engineering or similar.

• Technical knowledge of GenAI agentic AI automation.

• Native English speaker (or alternatively very strong command of)

• Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas at different stages in the customer buying journey.

• Ability to create compelling sales collateral with AI and provide constructive feedback to improve content across the team.

• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across an organization including demand generation sales channels partners and product management / engineering.

• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationfrom the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)with excellent written oral and presentation skills.

• Growth mindset adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Ability to navigate emerging and advanced technology trends.
