Sr. Technical Analyst- ServiceNow

What is the opportunity

Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge skills and practices to perform a variety of assignments

What will you do

• Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge skills and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
• Provide technical support to end-users and perform problem resolution/troubleshooting within ServiceNow.
• Ensure Performance is maintained.
• Collaborate and interface with ITSM Support lead ITSM Development Lead ITSM Solution Architect Performs general support daily administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
• Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
• Provides support for loading administration and maintenance of data between ServiceNow and other systems
• Works directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
• Manages backups between ServiceNow and the data warehouse

What do you need to succeed

Must-have

• Solid related experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience with ITIL best practices and procedures
• University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience as a Technical Analyst
• Excellent communication skills clearly conveys information and ideas through variety of media.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Data model and relationships including workflows UI design and business rules
• Experience with incident change problem request CMDB and knowledge management applications
• Experience with Performance Analytics
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in a matrix environment such as a large publicly-traded corporation
• Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
