In this position...
As a member of the Model e Product Development Finance team you will play a key role in shaping the financial success of our future electric vehicles.
You will have the opportunity to oversee elements of the pre-production vehicle program (planning engineering design) and establish strong business relationships with Engineering and Purchasing colleagues.
Your input will directly influence decisions that drive profitability and improve our overall business performance - through both your developed expertise within your scope and broader ad hoc contributions.
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Utilize data analysis to support cost-reduction projects Material Vendor Tooling and ED&T (Key Corporate Goal)
- Provide Financial support for Model E vehicle programs by collaborating closely with PD Programs Purchasing and Engineering
- Work with Purchasing Engineering and Cost Estimating to drive efficient Supplier Sourcing (Team of four)
- Collaborate with Program Consolidation Finance to provide support for vehicle reporting
- Monitor and communicate the financial status of the forward model programs compared to targets I2I and Risk & Opportunities
- Provide analytical support for various areas of the vehicle (interior exterior or chassis)
- Analyze large data and provide ad-hoc support for business cases and special projects.
- Support key program initiatives including Complexity Cost Reduction Quality Regulatory
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors Degree - Finance Accounting Math Data analytics or Business Degree required
- 2 years of applicable experience
Even better you may have...
- Product Development Finance experience preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented strong analytical and Excel skills
- Quick learner that can multi-task change priorities quickly and handle competing deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team
- Desire to lead change and develop more efficient process alternatives
- Knowledge of FEDEBOM Alteryx QlikSense Ariba SAP helpful but not required

This position is a range of salary grades SG5-SG8 .
