We are looking for a seasoned and proactive professional to join our Corporate Finance team playing a pivotal role in driving companys strategic growth initiatives and capital planning efforts. This role is integral to supporting corporate finance activities across the region aligning with the Group s long-term financial and business goals.
M&A Growth Initiatives and Corporate Transactions:
Assess and execute mergers acquisitions restructuring and liquidity events. Responsibilities include preparing business cases conducting financial and return analysis overseeing due diligence managing project timelines and ensuring proper documentation all while adhering to regulatory requirements and strategic objectives.
Strategic Projects and Market Analysis:
Perform benchmarking competitor analysis market research and other evaluations to support corporate strategies and ad-hoc business reviews.
Financial Forecasting:
Develop and consolidate long-term financial forecasts and annual cash flow plans for the Group.
Capital Raising and Financing Strategy:
Assess capital requirements arrange equity or debt funding and implement strategies to enhance capital structure and financing efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare reports and presentation materials for executive committee and board meetings and respond to inquiries from key stakeholders as needed.
Cross-Functional and External Collaboration:
Coordinate efforts with internal departments and external partners such as financial advisors and lenders to ensure smooth execution of corporate finance initiatives.
Requirements
- Over >5 years (for Manager) or 2 4 years (for Assistant Manager) of relevant experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Financial Advisory (e.g. Valuation) Equities Research Private Equity and/or Investments.
- Analytical well-versed in financial modelling with strong fundamental understanding of financial analysis and valuation concepts.
- Ability to communicate articulate and present ideas to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Ability to interact and work in a team-based environment and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated positive attitude with willingness to learn able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial experience in evaluating investment proposals or transactions; and/or financing/fundraising experience will be an added advantage.
