About The Role:
Expression is seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle XML Database Administrator/Developer to support NTIA Online system. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive Oracle XML database support contributing to both software development and maintenance within an agile team. This role combines application development and database administration duties including performance tuning data security patching and creating technical documentation.
You will also play a key role in assisting the team with Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation to support deployment in classified environments

Primary Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain Oracle 12c XML databases across development testing pre-production and production environments.
Collaborate with software engineers to create and update PL/SQL stored procedures triggers and DDL/DML scripts including complex logic as needed.
