Key Responsibilities:
Manage the creation version control and distribution of key documents (e.g. contracts reports manuals).
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems ensuring easy retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform regular audits and implement improvements in document workflows.
Provide training and support on document management systems and best practices.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in document control administration or similar roles.
Proficiency with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint Documentum).
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and communication abilities.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g. ISO GDPR) is a plus.
Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $50
