Job Description
Business Development Executive (Entry-Level)
Location: Dallas TX (Onsite for training; Hybrid post-training)
Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a fresher or early-career professional with a background in any Bachelors programe.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to launch their career in IT sales client acquisition and consulting business development.
- Youll undergo 48 weeks of structured training learning about our solutions sales strategies and market landscape.
- After successful training youll start engaging with clients to sell IT consulting services identify new opportunities and help us grow our customer base.
What Youll Do
- Learn and represent BuzzClans service offerings in AI Cloud Data and Digital Transformation
- Identify and qualify leads through research outreach and networking
- Assist in building and nurturing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to tailor proposals and presentations
- Attend meetings client visits and industry events (up to 25% travel)
- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Excellent communication interpersonal and social skills
- Street smart driven coachable and eager to learn and grow
- Comfortable talking to executives and navigating complex conversations
- Strong work ethic and a passion for building client relationships
- Willingness to work onsite in Dallas during the training phase (hybrid possible afterward)
