Residence Inn Edinburgh are on the look-out for Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team!
About us: We are a first-class location in the heart of the city! Our aparthotel has 107 rooms and is well suited for long-term business travellers and leisure guests. Spacious suites with full kitchens offer the comforts of the modern home while employees provide service with a human touch to business and leisure travellers alike. Working at Residence Inn you will build relationships grounded in team work and experience the legendary Residence Inn service culture which focuses on delivering the unique needs long stay guests.
The Role:
Our jobs arent just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
Main Responsibilities:
- Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
- Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
- Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
- Processing all payments types including room charges cash and debit/credit
- Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
- Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
- Assisting with all F&B activities
- Leading and coaching a small team of associates
- Assisting the Front of House Manager with training coaching productivity and any relevant tasks
