Inquest Solicitor Leeds Salary: 45000 - 65000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced inquest solicitor looking to join a leading Yorkshire law firm Were working with a well-established employee-owned practice who are seeking a specialist inquest solicitor to join their expert team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant inquest experience to work on complex cases including Article 2 inquests with LAA funding.
What youll be doing:
Representing clients in inquests including Article 2 inquests
Providing expert advice on LAA funding and alternative funding options
Conducting thorough investigations and preparing detailed submissions
Liaising with coroners clients and other stakeholders
Maintaining the highest standards of legal practice and client care
What were looking for:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant inquest experience
Strong knowledge of Article 2 inquests and LAA funding procedures
Excellent communication and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to exceptional client-focused service
