RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR- 3 YEARS PQE (PORTADOWN)

A well-established and respected law firm in Portadown is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who wants to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
Advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing including sales purchases re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Liaising with clients estate agents lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintaining high standards of client care and service.

The Candidate:

Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (3 years PQE)
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
