Description:
We are hiring for our client a rapidly growing commercial law firm in Dublin who are seeking a Healthcare Solicitor (37 PQE) to join their expanding team. This is a key growth area for the firm and with a strong pipeline of new work there is significant opportunity to step into a diverse and evolving role.

The position offers an exciting mix of healthcare advisory regulatory and litigation work with clients across both public and private healthcare. This is a supportive collaborative team with a great culture and real headroom for progression.

The Role:

• Advise healthcare providers and organisations on regulatory frameworks governance and risk

• Assist with fitness to practise matters inquests disciplinary processes and statutory obligations

• Manage or support litigation and defence of clinical or professional claims

• Liaise with clients counsel expert witnesses and regulatory bodies

• Help shape team systems training and workflow as the team continues to grow

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 37 years PQE ideally with experience in healthcare law regulatory medical negligence or related litigation

• Strong drafting advisory and case management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

• Strong communicator team-focused and eager to help build a growing practice

• A commercial approach and genuine interest in healthcare law
