Job Title: Tax Solicitor (15 PQE) Dublin

We are hiring for our client a dynamic and fast-growing corporate law firm in Dublin seeking a Tax Solicitor (15 PQE) to join their newly formed tax practice. With a strong pipeline of transactional work this is an ideal role for a solicitor looking to be part of something from the ground up while gaining exposure to complex tax issues across M&A restructuring investment funds and private clients.

The Role:

Advise on corporate tax restructuring and investment-related tax matters

Assist with developing the practice and mentoring junior solicitors

The Person:

Qualified Solicitor (15 PQE) with experience in tax law
Ideally trained in a top commercial firm or tax-focused practice
Commercially minded collaborative and interested in business development
Exposure to corporate transactions funds or private wealth is beneficial
