Business Development Representative Germany

Location: Berlin Germany Work model: Hybrid Contract: Permanent Full-time

To strengthen our presence in Germany we are looking for a Business Development Representative to help schools municipalities and educational institutions move forward on their digital journey.

Your Role

As a Business Development Representative you will focus on developing new business opportunities in Germany. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging key decision-makers in schools municipalities and educational institutions
  • Building relationships and securing meetings both in-person and online
  • Delivering consultative sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Driving pipeline development and meeting quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing to create account-based sales strategies
  • Preparing and managing tenders within our global process
  • Sharing market insights to support product and partnership development

What You Bring

  • 3 years of sales experience preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • A proven track record in consultative selling and achieving business targets
  • Experience engaging prospects via digital and social channels
  • Familiarity with public procurement processes
  • Native German speaker with very good English skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • A relevant academic degree is an advantage
