Job Description
The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced service with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.
Our location is contentiously striving for excellence . The site caters for day pupils as well as boarders and staff and includes not only a breakfast lunch and supper service but also an extensive hospitality service.
As well as having an excellent presentation organizational and communication skills you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm
Duties:
- wash-up using dishwashers and hand wash
- cleaning and maintaining organization within the kitchen stores and serving area
- washing plates cutlery pots etc
- washing and polishing glassware
- cleaning FOH area as required mopping floors emptied bins etc
- occasionally serving food if required
Qualifications :
- Ideally have experience working within Education catering but training will be provided to successful candidate
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team
- Possess great customer service skills
- Have a flexible approach to work
