Role Summary: In the role of a working student (m/f/d) you will gain insights into modern talent development and valuable practical experience in HR. You will work closely with our international Talent Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support talent development by taking on conceptual and administrative tasks
- Create internal online training using AI-supported learning management solutions
- Independently organize internal and external trainings
- Participate in global Talent Development projects
- Update documents templates and SharePoint
Your Profile:
- Currently studying business administration social sciences psychology or similar fields
- Weekly availability of 16-20 hours and increased involvement during semester breaks (full-time possible)
- Good MS Office skills and solid IT understanding
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Organizational talent sense of responsibility communication skills and openness
- Ideally initial practical experience in HR
