Compensation: $85000 - $130000 annual earning potential

High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn six figures in our high-volume dealership environment.

What Youll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Respond to internet inquiries incoming calls and showroom guests
• Conduct vehicle presentations demonstrations and test drives
• Learn Volkswagen product information technology trim packages and financing options
• Follow up with customers using CRM and dealership software systems
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores and positive online reviews
• Work closely with finance management and service departments

What Were Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated coachable and career-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid drivers license required
