Reverse Logistics Coordinator
Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days in the office
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedReverse Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the reverse logistics operations across the Nordic region (Denmark Finland Norway and Sweden). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient handling of product returns repairs recycling and warranty processes while minimizing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all reverse logistics activities across the Nordic countries including returns from customers product recalls refurbishments and recycling.
- Monitor return flows and ensure timely processing through 3PL providers or internal logistics teams.
- Partner with customer service repair centers supply chain and inventory teams to streamline return processes and ensure visibility of returned goods.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define implement and improve return policies and procedures tailored to the regional market.
- Manage data entry system tracking and documentation for all return transactions in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
- Optimize reverse logistics processes to reduce lead times and transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and legal standards related to electronic waste and returned goods.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using analytics and KPIs such as return rate turnaround time and cost per return.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Provide regular reporting on reverse logistics performance and present insights to regional and global teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
