The Opportunity
To support our growth and pan-European ambitions we are creating a new position for aClaims Relationship Manager. This role will primarily focus on managing broker relationships inSpain.
As part of the Claims department you will be a cornerstone of our client service strategy ensuring the highest quality of claims service delivery. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues across Claims Underwriting and Distribution to strengthen client satisfaction and support our business development goals.
Your New Role
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the claims customer service strategy
- Ensure process and procedure optimization and propose areas for improvement
- Support Claims Managers and Underwriting Team Leaders in business acquisition and retention
- Ensure effective coordination between claims and underwriting activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the service offering
- Build strong relationships with business partners and service providers
- Ensure the implementation of service/treatment solutions aligned with customer complaints
- Review and monitor the execution of claims management commitments
About You
- You have significant experience in a similar role or in claims handling (financial lines and/or property and/or liability)
- You are fluent in English (spoken written and read) and have experience working in an international environment
- You have excellent interpersonal skills demonstrate diplomacy and possess strong writing abilities
- You are capable of building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a creative and curious mindset
- You possess solid interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization and have strong influencing capabilities
