Role Description:
This position is responsible for daily inventory management in support of the Allerton production facility and corporate planning and finance functions along with supporting Quality Assurance. This will include inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution item classification auditing relabeling of materials sampling of incoming raw materials and reporting of activities on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence. The goal will be to maintain 99% data accuracy within our ERP systems of record (Deacom and SAP). Lastly provide logistical support as needed.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy on site at 3rd Party warehouse to drive and maintain data integrity and 99% inventory accuracy in our Deacom and SAP systems.
- Manage monthly inventory reconciliation activities at JT Logistics to meet financial reporting requirements.
- Investigate report and present findings of inventory discrepancies to corporate and plant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Create and apply release tags as well as hold tags upon QA status changes.
- Assist team with cycle counting and issue resolution of raw materials packaging and semi-finished products.
- Facilitate daily communication between ByHearts manufacturing facility and warehouse to drive inventory accuracy and reporting.
- Follow all JT logistics safety procedures and participate in safety training.
- Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment tools and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to warehouse leadership and supervisor and/or any unsafe condition.
- Support and comply with all quality management systems continuous improvement programs food safety employee safety preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure QA requirements are being met for traceability and mock recalls Regulatory Compliance continuous improvement programs and HACCP.
- Responsible for thorough Documentation
- Assists with documentation needs during audits.
- Implementing procedures work instructions and forms.
- Assists with other Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance functions as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working within a manufacturing facility warehouse or distribution facility strongly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- ERP system acumen familiarity of Deacom or SAP modules WM/PP/LO and the workflow is a plus.
- Ability to apply math concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to operations.
- Familiarity with general plant materials flow and inventory control procedures
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Working familiarity / knowledge of SAP modules WM/PP/LO and the workflow
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees manager and customers.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- This role will function as an individual contributor at Byhearts third party warehouse
- Able to determine project urgency.
- Able to handle more complex assignments with little direction.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving
- 4-year college degreepreferred or equivalent professional experience with the ability to read speak and write in English.
Physical Demands
- This position requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Minimal to light physical effort is generally required. Regularly required to stand walk sit talk and hear.
- Finger dexterity is required while using computers and keyboards and other standard office equipment.
- Frequently required to lift to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand work at computer reach with hands and arms.
