Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Westlake
Report to: VP of IT and Project Management
Salary: Exempt
Pay range: $45000 to $52000
Schedule: First Shift - Weekends and Evenings as needed
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and Help Desk support to over 100 users across multiple locations. This role involves managing hardware software user accounts and systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Help Desk contact for end-user support
Manage Active Directory Office 365 and user accounts
Deploy and maintain hardware (PCs iPads Chromebooks etc.)
Install move and connect PCs printers projectors and network hardware; perform hardware upgrades such as installing memory hard drives and video cards.
Configure network permissions and troubleshoot remote access (VPN DUO MFA)
Deliver IT training and create user guides for staff
Maintain asset inventory and assist with system improvements
Troubleshoot remote access issues including VPN connectivity and Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure secure and uninterrupted user access.
Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge by attending workshops participating in training opportunities and reviewing relevant industry publications.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates in IT preferred
Experience with Windows PCs Microsoft Office 365 Chrome devices and help desk ticketing systems
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
