Your Tasks
- Respond to support questions via email & chat
- Follow clear guidelines (SOPs) to solve issues or escalate when needed
- Stay on track with service level goals & quality standards
- Join training sessions & reviews to keep growing and improving
What Were Looking For
- Dutch: C2 level (native-like fluency)
- English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience handling chats & support tickets
- Bonus if youve worked in a contact center or service team (especially for ad tech!)
- Familiar with social media and digital ads
- Great at solving problems & understanding complex issues
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Product support experience is a big plus!
