Your Impact:
- Manage vendor relationships purchasing pricing and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize excess or expired products.
- Identify top-performing and emerging cannabis products stay informed on market trends and provide insights to grow market share.
- Support sales growth through strategic promotional planning sell-through performance and margin targets.
- Partner with teams across wholesale marketing compliance and retail to align efforts and meet company goals.
- Ensure purchasing activities follow all cannabis regulations and assist with tasks like discount setup product data and menus.
- Educate dispensary staff on new products and actively seek outreach opportunities to elevate product knowledge.
Your Strengths:
- Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Analytical & data-driven with solid understanding of retail KPIs and data interpretation.
- You have strong problem-solving skills with business operations knowledge.
- Deep commitment to serving the cannabis community.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure with composure.
