Position Overview
We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is key to expanding our presence in the retrofit market particularly targeting office buildings and commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth managing strategic accounts and leading sales initiatives tailored to sustainable building renovation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the office retrofit sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with property owners facility managers consultants and sustainability leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends identify customer needs and monitor competitors.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals presentations and tenders aligned with client requirements.
Management Duties
- Lead and support a growing sales team focused on retrofit solutions.
- Define sales goals and performance metrics; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Train and coach team members on Evacs product portfolio sustainability benefits and sales best practices.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for key retrofit accounts to ensure satisfaction trust and long-term collaboration.
- Quickly and professionally respond to client inquiries concerns and project requirements.
- Tailor solutions to meet the unique sustainability efficiency and space constraints of retrofitting projects.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reports on sales performance forecasts and pipeline development.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify improvements and innovation opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to commercial strategies based on industry intelligence.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales and business development ideally within building retrofit energy efficiency or related sectors.
- Technical understanding of sustainable building systems energy-saving technologies or HVAC/water infrastructure preferred.
- Experience in managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Able to work independently and lead initiatives collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Architecture Sustainability or a related field.
