Your Tasks
- Moderate & Review Content
- Monitor validate and filter user-generated content
- Review sensitive topics user behaviors and ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas
- Ensure accuracy speed and open-mindedness in every task
- Audit Advertisements & Copyright Content
- Check ads and user content for compliance
- Moderate based on social media rules and guidelines
- Analyze Reports & User Behavior
- Investigate flagged content with care and detail
- Follow clear protocols and procedures
- Make informed independent decisions when needed
- Improve User Experience
- Actively suggest improvements to services
- Help maintain a safe and respectful online space
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in German and a good level of English both written and spoken
- Experience:
- 1 year in content moderation is a plus but not required
- Skills & Traits:
- Logical thinking & good reasoning
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilience to disturbing or sensitive content
- Good stress management
- Analytical mindset
