Job Description
Location: Madrid
Workload: 100% (Full-Time Permanent Contract)
Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a German-speaking Client Services Officer to join a growing international team in this role you will provide high-quality support and guidance to clients regarding their health insurance contracts helping ensure smooth and efficient service delivery without any sales or prospecting involved. If you have excellent communication skills and want to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment this could be your next career move.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email about their health insurance contracts coverage reimbursements and other related matters.
- Manage subscription activities cancellations and premium collections in line with internal policies.
- Process service-related actions such as entering reimbursements issuing quotes and managing pre-approvals.
- Maintain and update client records (e.g. contact details banking information contract changes).
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering clear accurate and timely information.
- Meet individual and team performance indicators through efficient and quality-focused service.
- No sales or cold calling required this role is focused entirely on service.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in German (mandatory).
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with common computer tools.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team spirit and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
