Behavioral Health Consultant 17 weeks SD 9/7/25 CSWA or LCSW 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 **Epic exp REQUIRED - please confirm with candidate Preferred skillset: Complex Discharge Planning hospital d/c planning preferred Conducting Psychosocial Assessments in an Emergency Department Inpatient Hospitalization Experience and Interdisciplinary Team Leading Social Work Groups Minimum Requirements: Minimum Licensure Oregon CSWA Must have experience with SPMI population preferably geriatrics Discharge Planning Experience Understanding of the NMI Process (NMI 14-Day Diversion Civil Commitment)
