Location: Vancouver BC (Onsite)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced iOS Developer with deep expertise in Swift and a strong understanding of DevOps/SRE practices to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mobile application development cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines with bonus points for experience in retail or eCommerce domains. You will play a key role in building scalable distributed systems and mentoring teams on engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift
- Architect and implement multi-region cloud-based systems
- Apply DevOps and SRE principles to improve system reliability and performance
- Lead and evangelize engineering best practices across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into development workflows
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Support and enhance solutions for retail eCommerce logistics or supply chain domains
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10 years of engineering experience with a focus on mobile and cloud technologies
- 5 years of hands-on experience in native iOS development preferably with Swift
- High-level understanding of DevOps/SRE methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD principles tools and best practices
- Experience influencing and mentoring engineering teams
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and cloud platforms
- Nice to Have: Experience in retail eCommerce manufacturing logistics or corporate shared services
